  6. Karen, I have to say "congrats" to you for following this food plan and losing the weight! I know how you feel.....since going on my food sensitivity plan, I've lost weight s well -- it's a whole new grocery-shopping adventure out there -- and new recipes, too! Feeling better is the BEST and you're doing it! YOU GO GIRL!
