Discovery of the Week


AFTERNOON DELIGHT

  • Melt half of a square of bittersweet or semi-sweet baking chocolate in the microwave for 45 to 60 seconds. (The chocolate should still hold its shape but be warmed completely through.) 
  • Swirl 1 to 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (I prefer chunky) into the melted chocolate. Use a spoon to create a lovely pinwheel pattern. 
  • Eat with eyes closed. 

I'm on South Beach and both ingredients are allowed in Phase 2.
