I don't like snow much anymore. Probably because it's existence creates problems for my own. But in its pristine state it is quite beautiful. And it provides clues to those critters, human or otherwise, who dare traipse through its thin crust.
You do have a beautiful place there in the northlands!

Thank you for your comments. I was standing outside on the deck in my robe and house slippers early morning when I took these photos. Even morning grogginess couldn't stop me from taking them when I glanced out the window and saw the ice frosted trees, although they don't show up in the photos.
